Dispute Guards

Ongoing analysis and issue follow-up · Disputes Prevention

Spot the issues. Understand the risk. Know the next step.

Before a launch, during a busy sales period or throughout the year, we analyse agreed operational records, recommend action and send issue alerts. A monthly report summarises findings and follow-up.

Individual scope and fees · Authorised access · Agreed review schedule

What you receive

  1. Analysis and recommendations

Review the agreed sources, identify relevant signals and evidence gaps, and explain the recommended next step.

  2. Issue alerts

Receive notices of relevant issues found during the agreed review, with their context and a proposed owner or next step.

  3. Monthly report

A monthly overview of findings, recommendations and follow-up within the contracted scope, keeping unresolved points visible.

Six modules, chosen around the problem.

Support

A customer enquiry has no clear next response.

Authorised support records and commitments.

Review the outstanding question and propose an owner.

Fulfillment

An order is paid but preparation is unclear.

Order and warehouse records within agreed scope.

Check the exception; payment status alone does not prove a warehouse failure.

Delivery

A delivery update is missing or disputed.

Carrier or delivery records, if authorised and available.

Separate a missing observation from a confirmed delivery problem.

Returns

A return and its refund do not line up.

Return approval, receipt and refund records.

Show the unresolved handoff; do not trigger an automatic refund.

Risk

A pattern needs closer examination.

The specific indicators and context agreed for review.

Flag a question for human review, without labelling a buyer as fraudulent.

Disputes

An operational issue may relate to an open dispute.

An authorised dispute record or verified handoff.

Relate the issue to the agreed dispute record and recommend a coordinated next step.

We analyse and advise. Your business acts.

DG analyses, recommends, sends issue alerts and reports monthly. Your business carries out buyer communications, returns, refunds and cancellations. Review frequency and alert arrangements are agreed for the assignment; the service does not include real-time fraud blocking or automatic operational actions.

Before you start prevention review

Who manages the work?

DG assesses and prepares chargeback responses, submits where the mandate and provider permissions allow it, and follows the agreed workload. In Prevention, DG analyses, recommends, alerts and reports monthly; your business carries out operational actions.

Which records do you need?

Only records relevant to the agreed case or review. The first email needs no customer files. We define sources, access and retention before requesting evidence.

How are fees agreed?

You receive an individual proposal based on the assignment or ongoing scope, volume and dedication. Prevention is a separately scoped service, with its own agreed fees.

How do we provide access?

We agree the authorised sources and the access needed for the work. Never send passwords or payment credentials through the public form.

Can we change or end the service?

We agree notice, access revocation, handover of open work and applicable retention in the service terms before onboarding.

Does ongoing support mean immediate responses?

Ongoing support means a recurring agreed scope. Review frequency, alerts, response arrangements and any out-of-hours coverage are agreed individually. Provider deadlines are checked per case; outcomes are not guaranteed.
