We use the contact details and business information you provide by email or contact form to reply, assess whether the services fit your needs and prepare a proposal. Do not include payment-card data, identity documents or customer case files in an initial enquiry. We do not add enquiries to advertising lists.
We process an individual’s service request to take steps before a contract at their request. For business representatives, we rely on the legitimate interest in answering a relevant professional enquiry, subject to the applicable balancing assessment and right to object.
Cloudflare provides website hosting. Our existing email provider processes correspondence. Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, processes contact-form submissions. Web3Forms states that it operates from India and may use infrastructure in multiple regions. You can request information about recipients and applicable transfer safeguards at info@disputeguards.com.
Enquiries that do not become an assignment are kept for up to 6 months after the last contact, unless a justified obligation or claim requires retention. A service relationship has a separate retention schedule. Deletion must cover the relevant mailbox and provider copies.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object where applicable by writing to info@disputeguards.com. You may complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA), www.apda.ad. We use only the identity information necessary to handle a rights request.
Access to enquiries is restricted to the person responsible for Dispute Guards and the providers needed to deliver the communication. Initial enquiries do not trigger automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
